It is the policy of FSQP that staff will not disclose confidential information belonging to or obtained through their affiliation with FSQP customers to any person, including their relatives, friends, and business and professional associates, unless the customer has authorized disclosure or the information is in the public domain. This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law.
FSQP policy is that all staff and board members avoid conflicts of interest between the interests of the customer and personal, professional, and business interests. This includes avoiding potential and actual conflicts of interest, as well as perceptions of conflicts of interest. All staff are required to disclose any interests or actions where the safeguarding of impartiality may be compromised. All disclosures are reviewed, and only staff that are free from conflicts of interest are allowed to work on specific customer projects.
